FIFA Vice President and CONCACAF President Jack Warner of Trinidad & Tobago has expressed concerns over the management of football throughout the Caribbean region.
Warner made the comment when on a one-day visit to Dominica, where there has been long-running turmoil in the national association.

FIFA Vice President Jack Warner has released the details of his report to FIFA following an appeal by the Dominica Football Association to FIFA's ethics committee over what it calls "the appalling conduct and flagrant abuse of power" by the CONCACAF President. The Dominica FA issued a press release on Wednesday which said that Warner had arrived in the country and told officials he would recommend the removal of the association's executive committee within seven days and its replacement by a "normalization committee."

Tuesday, 15 January – Port-Au-Prince, Haiti: The third and last day of the Haiti Digicel Kick Start Clinic saw an aggressive and exciting game with strong defenses by both sides on Monday, January 14. The National U-20 team played against the Haiti senior team (Tempete), winners of the 2007 Digicel Caribbean Cup, and proved that age is just a number defeating Tempete 2-1 at the Stade Sylvie Cator (National Stadium).

The road for CONCACAF teams to the FIFA World Cup ™ South Africa 2010 begins next month after the official unveiling, today, by FIFA of the first-leg encounters in the Stage 1 home-and-away elimination series.
The CONCACAF World Cup Qualification kicks off on 3 February 2008, with Bermuda hosting Cayman Islands at the National Sports Centre in Hamilton.
The first-leg encounters continue on 6 February with six more match-ups starting with Dominica taking on Barbados at the Windsor Park Stadium in Roseau

Digicel, the largest sponsors of football in the Caribbean, launched the Digicel Kick Start Clinics in Guyana earlier this week. Unveiled by FIFA Vice President, President of CONCACAF and the Caribbean Football Union, Jack Austin Warner, and accompanied by the Head Coach for the Digicel Kick Start Clinics, Liverpool and England legend and Caribbean native, John Barnes, the football training and development tour will visit eight different Caribbean markets for a three-day clinic in each country.
